Green Mountain Montessori School

My children had a terrific experience -- 3 years each -- at Green Mountain Montessori School. Outdoor learning and play was a priority. The Montessori philosophy is worth reading up on. My children's curiosity was peaked and encouraged. Along the way, my son and daughter found out how rewarding it is to help each other to learn. Cooperation and exploration were fostered inside and out of that historic brick building in the heart of Essex. My children would not be the adults(!) they are today without Shireen's guiding hand and her staff's enthusiasm for the natural world, other cultures, cooking, etc. GMMS is a gem!
