Green Leaf Montessori

The owners and teachers here have our son an incredible start to his education. He developed his love of school and learning at Greenwood Montessori Children’s House. Their loving and balanced approach let him flourish educationally and socially. Would recommend any family to start their child’s educational journey here!

Greenwood Montessori Children’s House was a wonderful host for my Montessori action research project. I was impressed with the high fidelity Montessori being practiced and the engagement of the families! Tim and Julia live and breathe Montessori.

I have known the owners of this school for many years as both a teacher and a parent of children who attended a Montessori school. They are not only wonderful caring people, but amazing educators as well. GMCH is a terrific Montessori school. The educational philosophy behind this school is truly child-centered. The children are given many hands on learning experiences at their own developmental levels that helps them gain independence and knowledge of the world around them. I would highly recommend GMCH for anyone looking for a Montessori school with caring knowledgeable teachers and an environment where learning is limitless.

My son attend for two years until we moved. Great school with caring teachers. Montessori is the best. It teaches kids independence, self direction, responsibility, and encourages their natural curiosity. At the same time he's completing work at a higher level than his cousins in public school. He says he loves school regularly. I never said that as a kid.

Having known many of the staff members for 20+ years, I am truly impressed by the patience and love shown to the children at the school. The dedicated staff have years of experience and genuinely care for the kids, taking joy in each child's individual gifts and capabilities. Highly recommend choosing this school for your child!

Both of my boys went there and they loved it! The teachers took great care of them and my boys always felt safe there. I highly recommend this school.

Over the past many years, it has been my immense privilege to watch Tim and Julia, along with their dedicated staff, consistently provide a ‘children’s house’ that fosters a deep love for learning and simultaneously inspires its children/students to work to their potential. Amazing, especially knowing that they have literally impacted hundreds of lives in wonderful ways!
