I have two girls that have been part of the Montessori schools since they were 6 weeks old. What can I say about the Montessori teaching? I love it. They moved to DuPage Montessori about 3 years ago and the teachers at all levels are just fantastic. They deeply care for the kids. The children's knowledge surpass that of any of their counterparts in public school. That being said, just like any other school parents also need to reinforce at home what the kids absorb at school. They truly learn to become leaders at an early age. The facilities are top notch, I honestly do not have anything bad to say about either the school, the administrative staff and the teachers. If you are looking for a different school for your children do not hesitate contacting DuPage Montessori, you will not regret it. And if you have questions about the school or the Montessori way of teaching from a parent, please contact me.

My child started in the elementary program at DuPage Montessori. The teachers, assistants, and administrators are exceptional; they care about each child who steps through the door. I found the curriculum to be beyond what was being taught to our friends' children who were taking advanced classes across all subjects. Mr. Adam and Ms. Carol created an environment that made learning fun and exciting. The discipline, desire to learn, and self-confidence developed at DuPage has helped my child become a well-rounded teenager who is doing very well academically, has a great group of friends, and is involved on several teams and clubs. Thank you DuPage for a program that exceeded all expectations and that my child remembers with great fondness.

My both kids go to DuPage Montessori School. We have a very good experience of the school. A very big factor for us is it's a Montessori. Children are encouraged to be independent and responsible from early on. They can choose their own work in a given area. The school has good hands on material for cognitive development, maths, science and art. Teachers are very engaged and invested in children's development. Overall, we are happy with our children's progress.

My son started school with excitement, then he became sad and scared to go to school. Every morning he cried and refused to go to school. He told me Mrs. Chris yelled at him and was always mean to him. I noticed that Mrs. Chris was mean, especially towards to boys. When I was a reading volunteer at the class, I noticed that she was extremely impatient with my son. There was a morning storytelling time every morning, kids took turns to talk about anything they wanted to share. Mrs. Chris always arbitrarily cut off my son's presentation, he never got to finish his presentation even once! Another incident was happened on the playground. My son fell off from one of the tricycles on the playground, two coordinators(or assistants) were too busy with chatting with each other and didn't even notice that he was crying. By then Mrs. Maha walked by, I tried to get her help and she replied: " Your boy is not in my class, I am too busy with my own kids." Then she left. Later I found out that she has an accounting degree. She might be a good accountant but she is definitely not a good teacher because of her lack of love for kids. Now my son is at Ellsworth Elementary school, he's in honor's math program and has a Amazing respect from his teachers because they put every child's needs first and build a strong relationship to guide children based on how they learn. He's a happy boy with many good friends. Although it is three years ago when my boy attended DuPage Montessori, I still regret that I made the bad decision. I should have taken my son out of Mrs. Chris class right away.

The facilities are top-notch and the teachers are fantastic. We have been very impressed for the many years our children have attended.

A great school, where kids become themselves, where there is no pressure, where mistakes and errors are welcome, where confidence is at the core of everything they do. Where kids learn to listen, then lead and respect others.

Definitely one of the best private schools in the area. Our kids really enjoy the learning and atmosphere.

We assessed several Montessori and traditional schools for our twin daughters. After meeting with DM and their staff, it was an easy and clear decision for our family to enroll our girls. We love how family and community orientated the staff are - our girls feel at home when they are in school. DM really embraces the Montessori teachings and follow through with the Montessori style, which is very important to us. We have watched our girls grow and thrive this year - the strides have been amazing to see and we attribute so much of their development to DM. We are a household with two working parents - so the additional support the school provides with before and after school care was a "must have" for our school of choice. Dupage Montessori has been very flexible for our family, allowing us to gradually increase our hours as we phased out our nanny. Our girls transitioned wonderfully and the staff really supportive of our family's needs. We don't know what we would do without them! I would highly recommend Dupage Montessori. We look forward to seeing our girls' grow and develop at Dupage Montessori school.
