Cornerstone Child Development Center

I love this daycare. The folks that work here are kind and caring. My kids have had stages where they have been difficult to deal with and I'm sure as a first time parent I also have been difficult, but this daycare is always patient and professional.

I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anybody. They are all in it for the money and racist. They dismissed my child for throwing a toy at another kids nose causing it to bleed, watched the video didn't see any blood. My son loved it there, the structure and routine is what he needed. One teacher can not watch ten kids in one class room setting. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. They kicked my son out right then and there, no meeting, no three strike system approach, nothing. Kids are constantly learning how to control their emotions and how to handle them in a healthy way. I let the director know way in advance about my sons situation and she agreed to work with him before he started going there. Yeah didn't happen. With that being said, if your child is autistic or on the spectrum, I highly suggest a different daycare that can accommodate your child's needs and aren't in it just for the money. To the teachers that watched my son and didn't have what's in his best interest please find a different job if working with kids isn't your calling.

My kids went here a couple years. At first the staff was good but the quality of the caregivers slowly declined. I walked in a few times to see one of the workers screaming at the kids. My kids were reluctant to go because of the mistreatment going on. These are supposed to be good Christian people but I feel they’re doing this for the money. We were constantly charged extra and stuck paying for days when they were closed.

Always received a different answer everytime I called for availability. They tell you the waiting list is three years long or the receptionist is away from her desk. So I won’t bother with providing my name or child’s information. I felt that was a bit odd. So, I got my friend (white) Megan at work to call. I wasn’t even surprised she’s and her imaginary son is now on the waitlist. Ha

Christian themed daycare center. They use Abeka homeschooling products, as of 2021 AFAIK. Staff is friendly. They serve snacks and meals during the day, included. My favorite thing they have is a monitoring camera that you can use to see your kid during the day while at work! They have summer activities for an extra fee, such as a waterslide, bouncy house, and icecream truck.

Never got a call back when I was trying to get my son on the waitlist. Always dodge my calls and never gave me a straight answer. Not very professional in my opinion.

My kids have gone there since 2013, and we have never had any issues. Everyone is very nice.
