Compass Montessori School

This school is awful. They tell you they have a no bullying policy, however when your child experiences it there are no actions from the staff. Had a small issue with my youngest and they called the police on him! Really??? He's 8. Inappropriate touching. Go in to talk to the principle Cameron and Bill the director and you will get blank stare and a couple of mumbles from them. Yet your child gets bullied and NOTHING happens to the bully. School needs work and I'm guessing the positive reviews are from staff members. It's run by Jeffco schools so don't be fooled its a private school. I really hope they can turn the way the handle things into a positive experience, and not have to call the police for situations the local law enforcement told them was no issue. I know schools are under a lot of pressure but maybe if this truly was a Montessori private school they could deal with your child as an adult and show children how to behave in certain situations. Imagine if a school could actually teach your children how to be human...
