The Teachers are fantastic, they have really helped my son so far, with challenging himself intellectually. The front office Admin is amazing Mahdu she seems to keep track of every parent and student very well. The baby room is probably the best one in my opinion, my son was in this room from 15 to 18 months. The teachers in there are fantastic and they really help not just the Babies but the parents transitioning into parenthood. Can’t say more kinds things if you’re looking for a quality education for your tiny one I think this place is worth the time and money.

My son attended CLMS for almost 1.5 years and was in the Toddler 2 class with Mrs. Nicky, Razia, and Desiree. All 3 of them are amazing and kind teachers that I felt very comfortable leaving my son in good hands with. During his time here, I noticed how much he grew and developed both socially and in terms of independent skills. I love their incorporation of the Montessori method with lots of hands-on learning and child-led activities. I also loved that they had generally good/healthy food for lunch time (saved me so much time/energy from having to make lunches). The Procare app that they used for parents was also super great because I would get updates on his sleep/bathroom/food and also lots of pictures and videos of what he was doing during the day. I recently left this school because I wanted my son to learn another language that was not offered here. They do have a Spanish and Chinese immersion program which is super awesome. Other than that, I would have loved to keep him here and definitely recommend this school to parent friends!

This place is a no-go for my family. In the few months that my toddler went to this school there were about 4 incidents that we didn't receive incident reports without asking for them, the biggest one being my son getting his elbow popped out of place. There was no initial incident report until we took him to the hospital and then the report they gave to us was full of false information. The information they gave to us did not align with the camera footage whatsoever. I would be weary sending my child here; the prices are affordable, but the damage it caused for our kid is unacceptable. They didn't even check the camera footage when we told them the results from the ER. We had to go in and request to watch the videos days later. Overall, I do not see this place as a safe space for the kids because of the rough handling of at least one teacher, the lack of due diligence from administration, and the lack of accountability from the other teachers involved.

My daughter has been going here for about 9 months. The teachers in her class, Ms.Farida and Ms.Heidi are awesome. She has learned a lot in the time that she has been here. They are very knowledgeable and experienced teachers with a lot of patience. They have made my daughters transition to preschool very easy. I would recommend this school to anyone.

Happy with a school, we started before pandemic in 09/19 and were glad to return after reopening. This is a true Montessori school with processes and resources in line with approach. Moreover, teachers are very experienced and stay with a school for a long time. I noticed some also practicing emotional intelligence and elements of RIE, which is important for our family.

I had my 1yr old here before covid and our experience was HORRIBLE! On his first day, he was obviously upset and I was waiting to leave to see if one of the teachers would try to comfort him. Instead they told me I could leave and he would be fine. That was a little red flag to me but I tried not to think too much on it. A week later I picked up my son and he has scratches and some bruising all on his face (I still have pictures of his face that I can show with dates) and I asked the teacher what happened to my sons face and she replied saying well he threw a tantrum outside at the playground (there is trees surrounding the playground and there are lots of tiny twigs on the floor) and said he was throwing himself on the floor and it’s the “Montessori way” to let the child calm themselves. I replied saying “So after seeing there are twigs on the floor, you decided to let my son throw his tantrum in an unsafe area”? And she responded “you are more than welcome to watch the tapes, we tried picking him up but he didn’t let us”. Mind you, they are supposed to call you if there is any incident involving your child. No matter how small or big and I didn’t receive any sort of notification that day. I got off work at 5:55pm to get there at 6 just before the closed. Do NOT bring your children here. They are beyond rude and do not have the patience that toddlers need.

The small class sizes, loving and professional teachers and staff, and comfort of knowing our children are safe make Clear Lake Montessori the best decision we could have made for our family. Highly recommended!
