Children's Center Montessori

We love this school! They strike a great balance between letting kids enjoy open play and free choices and academic foundations. My girls were well prepared to transition into kindergarten. It's such a nurturing environment, I can't imagine a better place to have sent my kids.

I sent my daughter here 10 years ago and it was a wonderful, gentle, caring environment for her. Now, her younger brother attends and this school is still providing the same high-quality, child-centered care. This little preschool is a gem!

We highly recommend Children's Center Montessori to anyone looking for preschool. The teachers are incredible - so caring and nurturing. They see each child for the unique gifts that they bring. Both my children thrived there and made long-term friends (who they are still friends with years later). Our family was so fortunate to find this gem of a preschool.

Our second child spent a year and a half at CCM after we moved into the neighborhood and it was a wonderful experience for her! It feels like the best of both worlds: a small, family-oriented program with the structure of a Montessori preschool. Our daughter had so much fun, alongside learning key life skills, starting to read, and more. The Montessori materials (esp. the math work) are such a great model for learning for this age group.

CCM is the pre-school foundation that every parent dreams of for their children. The teachers foster curiosity, creativity, and caring. Our girls loved their time there and still feel connected to the CCM community. Our 15 year-old just started high school, and her pre-school friends are her lunch buddies. The only difference is there is no juice pourer in high school. 😉 We are so grateful for this magical place that gave our girls a firm foundation to build upon. Highly recommend CCM!

We love CCM! The teachers are incredible and the space is a child’s dream. It is a super sweet neighborhood school that has made us feel like family since day 1!

Children's Center was fundamental to my daughter! She entered as a 2 and a half year old and left as a 5 year old. She was fully prepared for first grade academically. She also grew up in an environment fully embraced by people who deeply loved her and continue to love her as a 10 year old. She made life long friendships, grew from a shy little girl to the most expressive risk taker ready to take on the world. She continues to love math, be curious, have excellent executive functioning skills and holds loving memories of Children's Center. I recommended Children's Center Montessori to many friends and most have chosen Children's Center. what a fantastic place to grow....

Both of my kids went to Children’s Center, and had an amazing experience! We were so sad when my younger daughter was old enough for Kindergarten and we wouldn’t be there anymore. Both my kids made life-long friendships there, and learned a lot of cool things! The staff are caring and pay attention to each child and their needs, and the community of kids and families feels special and cozy. We live in the neighborhood, and loved being able to walk to school. Would recommend to anyone looking for a preschool experience for their 3-5 year old!
