My children have been at Bright Horizons for YEARS. They have teachers who have been there 12+ years. I've hardly seen any turnover with the staff. All the teachers are SUPER kind and do a great job taking care of the kiddos. I highly recommend this place!

Bright Horizons is more than a great daycare close to work. It is a fantastic place of love where our children flourish. Each day we drop our girls off, we know they are protected, listened to, taught, disciplined, and loved. We are forever indebted to their team and would recommend Bright Horizons at Sundance Square to anyone interested in sending their children there.

Amazing daycare with staff that really cares about the kiddos no matter whose class they are in. It’s never easy to drop off a newborn who is quickly growing into a toddler but it helps when I know he is loved and well cared for.

Ms. Arianne and Ms. Nautica are just amazing! Both are great with the kids and love them so much. My son will miss them as he transitions to the next level. Thank you for everything. We love you guys so much.

We have two kids who have attended Bright Horizons since they were about 8 months old. Both are receiving amazing care and receive a lot of guidance through every child milestone. The transitions in terms of food (breast milk to solids), walking, potty training, exploring...are all predominantly lead by the staff. As first time parents, Michelle, Elaine, and all of the staff have helped guide us in developing our kids. All of the staff know our kids on a first name basis. It takes a village to raise kids and Bright Horizons is a huge part of our village. I would recommend them to any parent!

I love Bright Horizons! We’ve been here for a few years, first with our daughter and now our son. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have helped us navigate big milestones and my kids love their teachers. I like that there’s little turnover and teachers do not seem easily overwhelmed by the kids. Everything is planned out and they have great routines set out for each age group. They know the kids personally and determine what’s best for them rather than just going by age. My son needs a special care plan and they have more than helped us best take care of him. The front desk is super helpful and will help us during drop off with two kids. I could keep going. We have not had any negative interactions with the staff or our kids there since we started in 2021.

I left my baby there as a drop in. The front staff was very nice, but when I asked if they would send updates for him they said no that they do not for drop ins, but that they are working on it and I can call at any time to get an update. I think that’s a bit absurd given all parents should get updates on their children. It takes 1 minute out of your day. Well I tried calling twice and both times were transferred to the room my baby was in, but no one ever answered or returned my voicemails. When I arrive to pick him up, I can hear my baby crying. I get it babies cry, but my frustration came when I find him extremely red from what seems like crying for a while, laying on a matt with no toys near him. I immediately go to pick him up and the person in charge of the room is changing a diaper. Well she doesn’t even care to turn around or say hello. She just completely ignores me as i’m shuffling the room with my crying baby looking for his bag. I finally ask her where his bag is and with an attitude she signals where it is. I was so upset. A simple “hey he’s been a little fussy” or even a glance my way would’ve made me feel better as a parent. As a parent you have to feel comfortable leaving your child somewhere, and here I did not feel that way.

I went for a tour today with my 2 year old, and was shocked by how we were treated. The main point of contact was someone who has been in this industry for over 20years, and is so obviously burnt out and hates her job. That’s the welcome committee! Then we proceeded to be shown the facility which is adequate at best. The staff made us feel very unwelcome, she shamed my daughter for where she is in her speech journey, and laughed in my face when I asked about their camera and security systems. As a parent- I do not take the safety of my child lightly and the whole experience felt as though we were being pushed out the door because this woman disapproved of where my daughter was scholastically. They were more interested in our previous child care experience to make sure that we as the clients- would be a good fit for her in her facility. This was very concerning. I tried to get in contact with the Head Director; Michelle Spikes, before leaving this review- and was ignored the both times I tried to call to provide this feedback. I am glad we toured- so that now my family can confidently cross off Bright Horizons from our list of care options for our daughter. My advice- do the research, and go see for yourself. Do not recommend at all.

Bright Horizons has been a great partner with our family during our daughter’s early years. The staff has truly cared for her development and nurturing and made each day not “daycare” but a place she loves going to to learn, grow, play and have fun. This has given us great peace of mind each day while we focus on our jobs.
