Had an incident with my child and the teacher that I walked in on when picking up my child and the director didn’t take it seriously at all, as well as them not following protocol when it comes to compliance with injuries and reporting them to licensing when you take your child to the hospital after Injury. They also had his file all over the place and could not give me his complete file the first time I asked. Would not recommend if you intend on having your child in a safe professional place that you can trust. No they don’t have cameras in the school btw which is a super red flag! Unfortunately everything comes to the light eventually and I did really like this school at first. Please learn the law and compliance practices before picking a school for your child.

My daughter was hurt in the infant room screaming at the top of her lungs when I entered the building they told me she just wanted to be held even after picking her up she was still screaming I tried to put her in car seat she kept stretching her legs out as if sitting caused her pain. I get home and change her diaper and notice blood in her diaper I rush her to the hospital where I was told she has a vaginal abrasion. I brought it to the daycares attention met with all teachers in the room they did nothing, they are mandatory reporters they didn’t even do that much even though it took place at the daycare. I was told when I came at the end of the day they would let me know who it was to change my child and when I got there she told me she wasn’t telling me. I would not recommend the infant room and these people do not care if your child gets hurt they will look at you crazy and do nothing. I am still currently doing everything I can to ensure the safety of the other kids in that room because if they didn’t care about mine they surely won’t care about yours.

I know being a parent and having your children go to daycare for the first time can be scary and a tough choice to make since there is so many options in the area. I have toured a couple of facilities and had a warm welcome here at Anna joes. My son really loves it here. They report issues and scratches that happen during play to you give me a little rundown about how he did what he learned if I ask and they are mindful of when there is an issue and make it better. My little one always had a full diaper and a rash when I picked him up. He just goes to the bathroom a lot. I mentioned it and it got better. No complains! The lady’s in the front office are cheerful and our lovely caretakers always have a smile on their face!
