Little Minds Montessori

How does one write the perfect review which expresses just how amazing this school is. All I can say is that you will never make a bad decision sending your little ones to Little Minds Montessori. This school is a real home away from home school, with a nurturing and gentle environment. My son had the best ever start in life because of Robyn and her team. I cannot recommend this school enough!

The best decision you could make for your kids. Robyn and the team are all incredible teachers with so much love to give. My kids both absolutely thrived during their time at Little Minds, they learned so much during their time there and loved all the exciting events. From movie night to sports day to concerts to weekly themes, it was always exciting and fun for the kids. They have nutritious meals every day and all the staff are approachable and lovely. You will not go wrong if you are considering this school.

My little one loves being here, her progress and development in just a few months has been incredible. The teachers are full of love and take time to meet our babies where they are.

Little Minds is a caring and loving school where child-lead learning is a priority. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants a Montessori approach to their children’s education. The teachers are excellent and each child is treated as an individual. My children have thrived and their confidence and independence grow everyday.

The ultimate BEST Nursery School experience your child will ever get!! Staff and Teachers are absolutely wonderful and caring........Children get to learn in a loving and caring enviroment. Always clean and neat so utmost best hygienic standards are met. Long after the kids have moved on from Little Minds they still benefit from their learning experience they received there!!!

I have 3 children and all of them have been to Little Minds montessori. Over the last 9 years Little Minds has been an integral part of our lives. My eldest went to a creche which I was not happy with, before finding Little Minds. She transformed from a weepy clingly child to be independent happy and eager to go to school. Mornings were a pleasure as the kids learn to walk from the car to the school on their own to a friendly teacher waiting at the door. The teachers and helpers care and love the children. You can always stay a few minutes to see your childs progress and hear a tale or two or ten about your child. They are passionate about their careers and it shows in the activities and the experiments that are constantly evolving. They have had chickens hatch and a petting zoos, the volcano experiment in the sand pit and a tortoise. There are Mothers day shows and Fathers day braai. Even grandparents get to visit for a cup of tea and a photo. Makes me want to be a teacher at the school. Every month has a highlight. And my children count down to it and at the same time learning numbers and days and months. The highlight of the year is concert. The themes vary from Greese to Disney to Christmas carols. I am amazed when the kids sing all the songs with enthusiasm. They love their costumes and the exclusive parts they have to play. The school has garden with safe play areas. Over the years I have seen the addition of new equipment from a bike track to a revamped car. The schools location is convenient for me , the traffic in the area is minimal and the kids play safely from public view. The Montessori learning methodology is a sound foundation to help kids on their way through to the next schooling. It teaches them different things that are practical and new. I am grateful for having found a school were I know my kids are loved, safe, cared for and growing in wisdom. Thank you Robyn and the team.

The best home away from home for your child! There has never been a more nurturing environment for your little one to grow in. The school is limited to only 50 children, with seven wonderful (fully qualified) Montessori teachers and assistants. School days are filled with structured play and plenty of playground time in their beautiful, large, well kept play areas. The headmistresses passion for children and their development is contagious and the parental community is full of warm, like-minded people. The children have several extra murals to choose from and are also kept busy with well planned special events, like grand parents day, heritage day etc. With only one break in December, the headache of finding alternative care for your child is cut down to a minimum and the healthy yet tasty lunches provided, will ensure that illnesses don't happen very often either. My little boy has been at the school for just over a year and I can honestly say that I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful environment for him to thrive in.
