Cape Town Montessori School

A beautiful school with hard working, loving teachers. Our daughter attended CTMS for her final pre school year and loved her time here- she came from a german speaking kindergarten and the teachers were incredibly supportive as she adjusted to an english learning environment. Our youngest will be starting in the Toddler group in January- thank you CTMS, we are happy to be part of this community!

This school is a gem, nestled in the most magical garden with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. It's a welcoming and inclusive environment, where the Montessori curriculum is applied authentically and to excellent standards. Our children have been at the school for 3 years now, and we couldn't be happier. The teachers are amazing, and their dedication to each child's growth and development is authentic. The school fosters a genuine sense of curiosity, independence, and responsibility for the children that we're deeply grateful for because it aligns perfectly with our parenting style. We love that it goes up to Elementary, unlike majority of Montessori schools in CT that are mostly preschool only. We cannot recommend it enough!

Our kids race into the school most mornings sometimes without a goodbye (they are really happy at the school). The education they receive is excellent and learning happens in a way that doesn't compromise their own style . Kids moving on from ctms to other schools to complete higher years do very well.

The community that make up this school is incredible, such a warm, welcoming and caring space. Our kids have attended for 3 and 5 years respectively, and they are happy little humans.

We have been part of the school community for five years, and our children absolutely love it here. The school provides a wonderfully nurturing environment that genuinely supports each student's growth and well-being. We are so grateful to have found such a caring and enriching place for our kids to learn and thrive.

We have had two boys in the preschool since they were 2 and they love it. The school is well kept and the teachers are great. Warm and welcoming parent community as well. Highly recommend for a school for young kids in the city bowl area!
