Yeronga Montessori

Our kids have loved their time at Yeronga Montessori. All the educators are loving, kind and take all the time to make sure the kids are safe and happy. This is a small centre where the educators see and know all the kids. I love seeing the relationships our kids have developed over the years both with the adults and their peers.

My son attended Yeronga Montessori from 2 to 3 years. We have relocated and have consequently moved from Brisbane so can not continue attendance. Our experience has been very positive. The staff are all genuinely caring, well trained, experienced and suited to their roles. The atmosphere is calm and loving. I believe my son has had an excellent first year of education at Yeronga Montessori and I am very sad we can not continue there. I highly recommend the centre and believe they absolutely provide a high level of education, not simply daycare.

The educators and Yeronga Montessori are amazing. They are kind, loving, professional and patient - all great qualities in Educators! Our child hasn't had the greatest time transitioning into childcare but they have allowed us to trust their process and feel comfortable along the way. We have seen many milestones and changes in the months that our child has been there and it is credited to them.

We absolutely love yeronga montessori and highly recommend it. My son started when he turned 2 after being at two other centres from the age of 8 months. Every drop off at the other centres was extremely difficult but within 2 days at montessori he was settled and so happy to go to the educators in his class. I could see right away that they really cared about the children. My daughter now goes too. All of the staff are very patient, hard working and caring and we love receiving daily stories and photos. The centre has always been accommodating to our changing needs and all the staff are extremely helpful. We look forward to the next few years at the centre.

We enrolled at Yeronga Montessori after becoming unsatisfied with our children’s previous day care. This was the best decision we made for our children. From the moment we first had contact with Yeronga Montessori we have found them to be extremely accomodating open and honest. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place for our children and continue to do this each day. The staff create an amazing calm and soothing environment for our children. Our children love attending here and absolutely adore the staff. From Ms Gladys, Ms Ina, Ms Lorna, Ms Ritu, Ms Joanna, Ms Myra, Ms Ana, Ms Tsega and Ms Alex they have all contributed to enhancing our children’s lives over the last year. So much so I increased the days our kids went because they love it so much. We have found the amazing staff to be approachable friendly and welcoming. Even staff that are not in our children’s room are able to provide information to us at drop off and pick up about our children’s day and answer all our questions of which I ask multiple questions each day. Our children love the staff. They will often say things like Ms Ritu is my friend and will run and give cuddles to the staff in the morning. The staff encourage and foster our children’s interests and likes as well as providing new opportunities to experience and learn new things. I’m amazed at the stories or facts our children come home and tell us. Our children have definitely reaped the benefits of such a dedicated and wonderful team of teachers. The centre uses the OWNA app which we have found very user friendly where we get daily updates and pictures. And every now and again we get individual feedback on how our children are progressing and what the staff will continue working on with our children. There is a calendar which we can access to see what is coming up. So we are informed each step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Yeronga Montessori more highly. We are so grateful to all the staff for how hard they work and how much joy they seem to get in caring for our children.
