The Pocket Montessori - St Lucia

A warm and welcoming local childcare centre. We are greeted personally each time we arrive, and our little man has thrived in their care over the last few years. The educators are attentive to his needs and have adapted activities to match his interests. The centre has been willing to work with us to accommodate some unusual quirks for which we are very grateful! He loves attending and the many learning opportunities he is offered. Moving to Montessori this year and the added challenges of the kindergarten program have caught his interest and he now comes home wanting to continue to do his “work”. He loves attending and always tells us he has fun at school. We will be sad when he leaves for Prep at the end of the year.

My daughter has been attending The Pocket Montessori for 3 weeks now and I am already seeing a change in her behaviour. As she is almost diagnosed with Autism, Montessori learning has given her more disciplie, making her easier to deal with while playing at home. I love her teacher and educators (Miss Ashleigh and Krishma) as they are very hands on and nurturing. The admin team Ruby and Jodie (Co- Centre Director) are very approachable and are great with communication. But most importantly Rebekah (Co- Centre Director/Manager) gets 5 stars from me. She is approachable, very easy to get along with, nurturing, caring and compassionate and most importantly she has gone the extra mile to make sure my daughter has got every support she needs to progress. For me, Rebekah has been the Cherry on top for us to keep our daughter Katie at this kindy. I would highly recommend this childcare centre to every parent looking for Montessori learning, or for just childcare in general.

Excellent child care and early education facility. Staff are great, and very attentive to the needs of the children. Up-to-date with technology, the parents are kept informed of the child's daily routine in a real-time manner as well as their progress over time. You know you have made the right choice when your child wants to go there even on their days off! :-) Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!
