we are So happy with everything in the center. The manager Diana was so helpful from the start! They have a great educators team in the toddler room. The leader educator Lalita is amazing!!!! She has a great way to communicate with the kids . My son is getting along with her so much as she knows how to entertain him and settle him down in her own way. We so appreciate her and the other educators.

This used to be a great center while managed independently. (Little Champs) After the new management things have gone downwards. Experienced educators started leaving. Replaced with less to no-experience educators. Food and Cleanliness quality has gone down. Educators take kids outdoor and forget about Jacket/hats sometime. Management is more focused on regular fee hike rather than improving standards and taking advantage of parents who have been sending their kids for a while now as kids have made acquaintances at the center. There has been 3 hikes of fee in past year alone and I am sure there would be one more towards end of this year. I hope the management takes education and facility improvement more seriously. Also be more HUMAN. One star extra for the handful educators left who are excellent at their job.

Milestones Hoppers Crossing Daycare provides exceptional service and innovative learning techniques. The staff is caring and professional, creating a nurturing environment. Their hands-on activities stimulate curiosity and foster a love for learning. The facility is top-notch, and communication with parents is excellent. Highly recommend for a nurturing daycare experience. My twins love going to the daycare everyday and the only hard part is bringing them back home :)

Very happy with their service, especially since new management comes, they listen and solve the query straight away. My daughter is very happy in her class, all her teachers and staff is really helpful. Diana and Julie are really awesome. My Daughter has been going there since last year. Very pleasant and professional staff this childcare has. If we ever had any issues with the invoice or attendance they’ve always fixed the issues in timely manner. The director is really nice and very helpful. My daughter loves going here.
