Hello everyone! I truly believe that this is an extremely wonderful childcare centre. My son spent three years here. He is a charming child. However, before the age of 4, he couldn't speak very fluently and toilet training was rather unsuccessful. He was even suspected of having autism. I was in extreme distress at that time. Nevertheless, the centre didn't turn away my child. The teachers offered my child a great deal of help and care. What particularly touched me was that the centre allowed my child to stay in the preschool room for an extra year, enabling him to have an extra year to adapt and better prepare for primary school. As a mother, I truly understand how powerless the parents of those children in need of special help are. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that everyone in this centre is ready to assist you as long as you communicate actively with them. I also earnestly ask everyone to understand that the childcare centre is not a hospital. The teachers are not doctors either. If your child needs special assistance, please be sure to communicate with the doctor promptly in the first place. The good news is that my son has smoothly integrated into primary school life. He has several good friends and has received the green card representing excellent performance at school. Everything is developing for the better. I am very grateful to the educators here for the help they have given to me and my family. I also wish every child could grow up healthily! Yue

We had a very disappointing experience with Macquarie Park Montessori. Our child, who has a speech delay, was not treated with the inclusivity and support needed. Despite providing multiple doctor's letters and explaining that we are undergoing speech therapy, our child was consistently excluded from class activities. This lack of understanding and support for children with developmental delays is deeply concerning. Additionally, the student-to-educator ratio is insufficient, to say the least. We observed this ourselves on Thursday afternoons during pick up. On several occasions, educators even suggested we pick our child up early on attendance days or reduce the number of attendance days. The center manager, is particularly disorganized and unprofessional. She never engages in conversations with parents and fails to send incident reports on time. We had to remind her for the incident report twice and for an incident that happened on Tuesday, we only received an incident report on Thursday after reminding her in person. We are yet to receive one for the incident that happened few days ago involving my son. Despite multiple efforts, including emails, to discuss available supports for our child directly with her, she ignored us completely. The center went so far as to diagnose our child as neurodiverse based solely on a speech delay, despite doctors telling us our child is too young for such a diagnosis and that a delay in speech does not necessarily suggest neurodiversity. We conveyed this to the center multiple times. Even if our child were neurodiverse, a renowned center that advertises itself as inclusive should not exclude or treat any child differently. Due to this behavior and lack of support, we decided to pull our child out of Macquarie Park Montessori after almost two years. The situation simply wasn't improving. I would not recommend this childcare center to any parents, especially those who have children with special needs. The lack of inclusivity and support, coupled with poor management, makes it an unsuitable environment for child development.

Very bad experience for my family, especially in the preschool room. It's like an army instead of childcare. They treat the children like robots, showing no kindness. The manager is unapproachable and inflexible to any changes. She imposes things on us without consideration. They gave us a very hard time by always providing negative and harsh feedback every day (better described as nagging), rather than constructive feedback. The worst thing was that they labeled children and called them mentally sick when they couldn't control them. I'm giving this two stars only because of a couple of great educators in the toddler room and also Neha in preschool. Otherwise, it's the worst place ever.

Great experience with my son attending Macquarie park Montessori for the last 6 months. He has formed a good connection with the staff and is excited to get inside every time I drop him off!

Our daughter (2.5 years old) has been going here for almost two months. When we started she throw a massive tantrum every time we tried toilet training and she was not very sociable with other kids. The incredible potty-training at Montessori Academy has made her do so much progress, we are now officially out of diapers!! Every time we pick her up she is dancing and playing with her new friends. The work they do with the kids is amazing.
