My daughter has been attending Indigo North Perth since she was just a baby (3 years now), and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service itself. It is a home away from home for myself and my daughter, it made returning to work just so much easier. The manager has always been responsive and helpful as I settled back into work and changed my roster many times over the years. The team are so welcoming and caring, and the educational activities are fantastic. I recommend Indigo North Perth to anyone who will listen, I will be sad to leave the service next year when my daughter starts school, will have to make trips back to visit often. 🥰

We are so grateful to the wonderful educators at Indigo Montessori North Perth!!! Daycare was a big change for little man and this first time mumma, and I was so relieved to have the support of such caring, friendly and professional educators. It's a beautiful and clean environment with lots of outdoor time and sensory activities. Highly recommend!!!

A big THANKS to all the beautiful ladies who work at Indigo Montessori North Perth! Everyone is so genuinely dedicated to the children and so kind and caring! We LOVE that there is NO APP that shows when your child eats, sleeps, photos etc. because guess what! All this stuff takes time away from looking after the kids. I much rather have no app like this, but educators who spend quality time with the children. You ladies are amazing!

Our experience with Indigo Montessori North Perth has been extremely disappointing. What started as a positive experience for our son at 12 months old, ultimately ended with us as a family scarred. I think it’s important to mention, I do believe there are some good educators at the centre who genuinely care. Our issues began when our son being only 2 years old, was moved to a 4/5 year old room without any consideration for age-appropriate activities or behavior expectations. The staff failed to acknowledge the need for additional support and scaffolding for a child of his age, despite myself raising concerns with the centre manager. I was assured he would be “fine” as he was moving up rooms with a group of his 2 year old friends.. Moreover, I was appalled by unprofessional and cold remarks made about my son's behavior at pick-up, without any effort from the daycare to understand age-appropriate behaviors or initiate a meeting to address concerns. Instead I was told they were performing an “assessment” on him without our consent. We were not provided with the name of the assessment tool, only told it had began and they would share results once it was complete. Their resistance and focus on deficits rather than strengths further demonstrated their lack of understanding age appropriate behaviours. Ultimately, my son's distress during drop-offs and pick-ups reflected the daycare's inadequate behavior and lack of nurturing environment. I feel saddened that it took us a while to piece everything together. I strongly advise against entrusting your child to Indigo North Perth based on my experience.

A wonderful daycare, with caring educators. Our 2 kids adore it here! A long-term, stable workforce which demonstrates a good facility and provides excellent stability for the children there. An app currently being implemented to improve systems, but even without this communication has been regular and clear to parents. Can't fault it and highly recommend to other parents.
