Genius Childcare Victoria Park

I’ve just had to take my daughter out of this daycare after only starting 3 weeks ago! Absolutely disgusted in the way some of the educators have gone about certain situations. My daughter became absolutely terrified the second she saw the building! It seems they’re very understaffed which means they’re unable to give all the kids what they need. What topped it for me was when I picked her up on Friday and they had painted her fingernails without my consent!! Removed her straight away and have done a tour with another daycare in bic park and from the first moment we went into the new daycare, my daughter was happier than ever and actually got upset when I said it was time for us to leave. I would NOT recommend genius childcare.

Great Beginnings Victoria Park is a beautiful centre with an amazing team who helped our little one feel welcomed and settled in her environment in a month's time. But what really makes us happy is the quality of experiences that have been shaping her personality already. The experiences that are so engaging and everytime we see an upload from the team, we reassure ourselves that this is why she is away doing amazing things. These experiences are what made us smile and revisit our childhood. Something we wouldnt be able to do with her at home. Thank you team for organising these immersive experiences for the babies because it is special for us as families to see the amazing things you all are doing with them.

I'm so glad I chose Great Beginnings for my baby Elise. The attraction for me was their values and their healthy menu. Thus far they have executed professionalism, excellent communications and social interactions, that my daughter is happy and developing positively in their environment. changed my review to 5 star, I initially left 1 star due to being overcharged and taking so long to get my money back but eventually it was resolved. The team at this daycare have been very accomodating with my son and always do there best to look after him. They really care about the devolpment of your child and have extensive knowledge of children and their needs. Thanks
