Our experience with this daycare has been nothing short of fantastic. The atmosphere is incredibly easygoing, which creates a stress-free environment for both parents and children. You can really tell that the kids are happy and thriving here. It’s such a joy to see them smiling, laughing, and excited to go every day. The communication was the best. We always feel well-informed about our child’s progress, activities, and any important updates. It’s clear that the staff truly care about each child’s well-being and development. Their nurturing and attentive approach makes us feel confident that our child is in great hands. If you're looking for a daycare where children are happy, cared for, and where communication is seamless, I highly recommend this place!

My first impression about this daycare was I found it very clean and spacious. The educators here are very caring towards kids. My daughter loves it here and always have beautiful stories about her daycare to tell me. I used to call the daycare like 5 times a day initially when my daughter was settling in at the beginning and the educators responded patiently all the time, this helped me and my daughter to know better and settle down quickly. I would definitely recommend this Daycare/Preschool & Montessori to everyone.

The child care facility has provided excellent care for my son over the past 1.5 years, fostering his development and helping him build strong relationships with several educators. I am excited for him to embark on his next chapter as he transitions to preschool with this facility at the beginning of the next year.

We would like to thank the wonderful Cuddlez family for providing exceptional service to families like us. As parents nothing gives us more joy than seeing our lil munchkin looking forward to go to school each week. And I can be certain that is only because he is very comfortable with the educators and the entire environment. In fact we love the way how all the kids are treated equally and the initiatives the educators are taking to help and include all the kids in day to day activities. I am not usually one to add a review but I feel in this case it is needed. To Cuddles preschool, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support and care you have provided to both my boys (age 5 and 2) for the past 6 months. Bit of background: Having been meticulous about the care requirements for my children, I was initially apprehensive after our experience with a reputable daycare in Toongabbie last year. The service there, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a business than a nurturing environment. There were frequent issues with missing clothing, and I was made to feel that my oldest son was behind in his learning, despite my belief that he was being taught at an inappropriate level (level below) for his age. In stark contrast, your centre has been a revelation. From the moment I walked in for the tour, I could sense your genuine passion for nurturing children. Your team, including Vidya, Kurjit and Rainu, always greet us warmly and effortlessly manage the children. Sandeep has been exceptional, consistently engaging with me to support my boys development. I have never had to worry about missing items, as everything is always meticulously organized. Your team makes it look effortless. Improved Speech Within the first week at your centre, I noticed a significant improvement in my oldest's speech. He began speaking more clearly, using full sentences, and responding articulately. Contrary to the advice from the previous centre to see a speech therapist, your team’s efforts have proven immensely beneficial. Social Skills My oldest's enthusiasm for attending your centre is a contrast to his reluctance with the previous daycare. He now eagerly looks forward to his days with you, and his social skills have blossomed. He has become more considerate, especially with his younger brother, and frequently talks about his friends and their activities. Storytelling and Memory My oldest's storytelling abilities and vocabulary have dramatically increased. He comes home singing various songs and reciting the alphabet, something he struggled with before. His memory has also noticeably improved. Reading and Writing Thanks to your team’s dedication, my oldest has started to write and attempt to read words. This progress has been remarkable and is a testament to the quality of your educational programs. Toilet Training I was pleasantly surprised when one of your educators suggested starting toilet training for my youngest. The consistent approach between home and your centre has led to rapid progress (2 days), and my youngest no longer needs nappies. This level of support was absent at our previous centre, which made training challenging. Activities I am continually impressed by the variety and thoughtfulness of the activities and learning programs you offer. My oldest comes home excited to share what he has learned, including important teachings about the respect we have for our First Nations people. It’s clear that there is a lot of heart in everything you do. In summary, your centre is truly second to none. Your passion and the efforts of your team have made a significant positive impact on both 'y boys. I am deeply grateful for everything you have done for our family.
