Angel's Paradise Adaptive Montessori - Wagga

Please do yourself a favour and do a quick Google search of this establishment. In less than a year and a half it has made local (7 News) twice! We had our daughter there as it was the only childcare with capacity. We immediately noticed the high turnover of staff amongst other issues management, ratio, care and safety related. Closed for the next 6 months by NSW education. I'm not sure at a reputational level, whether it can survive if it had to reopen.

Both my kiddies currently attend the centre. They have been there for a couple months now and I couldn’t fault the centre at all!!! The centre has come so far since I had my daughter in the a few years back! Hannah is absolutely amazing she has made such an impact on the way it is today. The educators are amazing.

Our girls started daycare here in August this year and we seriously cannot fault them. Melinda and her team have been nothing but welcoming, nurturing and friendly to us and the girls. Our girls love angels and look forward to everyday they attend. Thank you ladies for everything you do, we are thankful to be able to leave our girls in a safe and nurturing environment 🥰

If I could give negative 5 stars if I could! I had my three children in this centre and only within the last 6 months it’s gone to absolute hell. My 3 year old was very badly attacked by another child and being a ex educator I had pushed it aside for awhile understanding they are only 3 year olds until permanent scars were left on her face! When contacting the centre and the owner I was brushed off and told that’s just kids that age. And if I didn’t like the response then to let him know when I wanted to hand my notice in. Once I did that the owner continues to collect ccs for two children who do not attend there claiming we had agreed to the 4 week notice but failed to let family’s know he had updated the contracts this year and infact not a single contract is legally signed so it’s not a legal binding document. The staff are very much so not qualified with the director not legally being allowed on site due to vaccinated reasons she still shows up between 10-2pm to work when parents are not in the centre. The 2ic is not qualified and there is one staff member out of the entire centre diploma qualified when by law half of the staff employed legally should be. The trainees are not given appropriate time for study and left alone with the children and are very much so on there phones when watching these children. There is plenty more I could write but I’m sure if u have read this you can understand why they don’t meet national quality standards for what claims to be a Montessori centre.

If I could rate this centre at zero stars I would. We had our children at this centre for a period of time. Unfortunately, it has become a toxic place for parents and children to attend. Several children now requiring ongoing medical attention to overcome the trauma received from the treatment of educators, bullying and failures to report IAW National Regulations. The standard is well below poor (at best)....Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Negative Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value
